The whole plant area is more than 10,000 m2. Office building construction area is 2552 m2, the construction area of the machining workshop is 184 m2, the construction area of the precision casting workshop is 858 m2, the construction area of the post-treatment workshop of the casting is 377 m2, the construction area of the sand casting workshop is 518 m2, the construction area of the pattern house is 5208 m2, and the second-stage project is also to expand the alloy steel cast steel and the cast iron workshop.

Sand castings workshop

The sand casting workshop covers an area of 518 m2 . The workshop is built according to the standardized process layout and each work station has dust removal equipment. It has met the environmental protection standard requirements in China. The sand casting workshop production process is phenolic resin sand process. The annual output of stainless steel castings is about 300 t, and the unit weight of the product is 30kg ~ 150kg.

The sand casting workshop covers an area of 118 m2 . The workshop is built according to the standardized process layout and each work station has dust removal equipment. It has met the environmental protection standard requirements in China. The sand casting workshop production process is phenolic resin sand process. The annual output of stainless steel castings is about 300 t, and the unit weight of the product is 30kg ~ 100kg.

Smelting and pouring

Intermediate frequency electric furnace in sand casting workshop: 1 ton /1 set;2 tons / 1 set;5 tons / 2 sets.

Pouring casting adopts the advanced mobile pouring manipulator in our country, which can control the pouring time and pouring speed at the right time, realize the semi-automatic production of the pouring process, and meet pouring time and speed conforming to with the pouring technology. The quality defects caused by human factors in the pouring process are avoided and the qualified rate of castings is greatly improved.

Precision workshop

The construction area of the precision workshop is 858 m2, which include a shell making workshop, a wax mould workshop, an air drying workshop, a de-wax workshop, a smelting, roasting, pouring, cleaning, shot blasting and so on.

The annual output of stainless steel casting is 200tons, and the product weight is 5g - 30kg/pc.

Both workshops are fully closed constant temperature and dust-free workshops. Wax injection equipment is produced in Taiwan, its performance is superior. The wax mold is compact and delicate. The wax mold is completed in the constant temperature and dust-free environment in the whole shell making process, which can avoid the creep caused by the temperature change and ensure the casting dimensional tolerance. There is no pollution of dust to the wax mold in the workshop, which ensures the smoothness of the shell inside, and makes the surface finish and accuracy of the produced castings higher than those of the dusty workshop

The workshop uses high power automatic temperature control air drying equipment and dehumidification system. It ensures molding shell to meet the technology spec. and guarantee internal quality of the shell.

Record detail the enter into time, temperature and humidity of the mould shell which provides the basis for the subsequent roasting and pouring as well as the quality traceability.

De-waxing

Two steam dewaxing kettles with a diameter of 1200mm and 1400mm are installed at this station. The inner liner is made of 316L and the inner wax bath and frame are made of 304. It can also dewax many kinds of mold shell at the same time.

Smelting

The precision casting smelting and pouring workshop site setting management is in place, and the distribution of smelting, spectrum analysis, roasting, pouring, shelling, cooling and transport in the workshop is reasonable.

The workshop has intermediate frequency electric furnaces: 500Kgs 1set; 300kgs 1set; 150kgs 2sets. Many kinds of materials can be poured on small pieces. For a single batch of castings over 500 kg, several electric furnaces can be poured together.

Roasting

The station install 3 sets roast furnace to match with smelting furnace. Which use electric heating and the temperature in the furnace can reach 650 ℃-950 ℃ base requirement. The furnace temperature can be automatically controlled to ensure that the shell baking meets the requirements of the roasting process.

Pouring casting adopts the advanced fixed pouring manipulator in our country, which can control the pouring time and pouring speed at the right time, realize the semi-automatic production of the pouring process, and meet pouring time and speed conforming to with the pouring technology. The quality defects caused by human factors in the pouring process are avoided and the qualified rate of castings is greatly improved. The site is clean, the pouring products are in the fixed sand box area and transported to the designated area in time after pouring. Guarantee the mixing of gate and riser materials, and effectively control the composition of gate and riser materials. It provides a guarantee for the composition of re-melting.

Castings gate and riser removal, cleaning and grinding stations which all installed with dust removal equipment. These meet the requirements of the national environmental protection specification, to avoid environmental factors caused by production stoppage affecting the delivery time.

The special metal transfer box is used in the operation of castings, which not only standardizes the site setting but also avoids the impact of castings.

Heat-treatment

The heat treatment robot is used to operate,which is the most advanced machine in China at present. The solid solution treatment of stainless steel castings, especially for duplex stainless steel, can enter water within 30 seconds, and the water temperature does not exceed 50 degrees. The internal quality of castings is effectively guaranteed.

Shot blast

More than 6 shot blasting machines of different specifications are installed in this station, and the installation layout and process flow route are reasonable. It meets the needs of shot blasting for all kinds of products.

Machining workshop

The construction area of the precision workshop is 8150 m2, which have machining equipment more than 26 sets. Among them: 2 vertical processing centers, 1 gantry processing center, 5 CNC lathes, 1 CNC vertical lathe, 3 drilling machines, 5 ordinary lathes, etc. It can satisfy the machining of all kinds of parts.
